I’m a strategic thinker and leader with a broad skillset spanning business and technology. I have a diverse professional background spanning roles in engineering, management, operations, client services, marketing and design, and business analysis.

I’m an effective problem solver because I excel at asking questions to uncover the root cause of challenges. I believe there are always multiple ways to solve a problem and that simple solutions are often the best. I believe in thinking like a customer, but also think that the best way to understand your customer is to interact with them directly.

I’m an effective collaborator because I’ve had the privilege to work with many exceptional teams and know first-hand that solutions improve when they are built upon diverse input - diversity of specialty, skill, perspective, and thinking patterns. The best teams challenge each other’s assumptions which leads to innovation and improvement.

I’m an effective leader because I’m curious, goal-focused, strategic, and believe in the power of ownership and accountability. I help teams work effectively together by identifying challenges and providing support to minimize them, providing guidance and direction to keep the team aligned to shared goals and company vision, and showing up authentically as a real person every day. I believe that the more we understand and appreciate each other and embrace a sense of fun in our work, the more effective we can be.

I’m also a book junkie, avid tea drinker, Star Wars fan, and aspiring foodie. When I’m not working I’m usually daydreaming, hiking, lost in a good book, or googling the most effective way to slice a mango (which is a skill I am quite determined to master).
